You are of course correct, there is no real accurate way of knowing the downside
However, I have decided to be optimistic on this and I know management are confident.
The kicker for me is that there is no other option out there for the sufferers of this mutation of this dreadful disease, and, as you say, the committee want to approve it.
Its a great punt I reckon
