You can expound as many figures as you like Andrewe, but if you "read between the lines"....
one has to read between the lines and ignore facts and figures to see the true value of AGM. well that says to me that its bluesky and no one is willing to pay more than zfx at $1 except the arbitageurs who believe another bid is coming....which i dont believe.
If that bid of $1 from zfx gives anyone confidence to buy at $1.05 they are crazy. that will be their stop loss on friday.
if zfx pull the bid then they will lose a good 25% of their capital first thing monday morning.
DOnt underestimate the value to zfx of pulling the current bid.
If they over pay by 20% on aquisitions that will be $440 million on their $2.2bill. I dont see that being in the interests of long term holders.
