its not lost on me (a presumably other posters) how many times you have rambled this view. interested to see what pans out.

agree that the thread deserved to be deleted. i for 1 am not interested in JINLA conspiracy theories but i think he needs to be a little more careful throwing around figures like $300,000 in legal fees. clearly the case was seeking an interim injunction pending the hearing of the matter. it would want to be some massive injuction to reach $300K legal fees - maybe a full hearing might get you there.
