Well earnings flat, (with a lower 1st half) is quite bad for a stock trading at a 25+ PE.
Seems there is a lot of optimism about the new product releases to counter that, and some of the flat earnings expectation is due to currency exchange and hedging.

Strong dip buying makes me think the market is optimistic about COH's [respects, otherwise I would be in the sell camp on this one).
The directors don't seem to be doing anything real about the crazy issuance of options - seems if the options end up out of the money, they will just issue heaps more to make up for it. IMO management is extremely expensive, and not at all reasonable value. Cash bonuses should be tied to the success of certain projects and plans, rather than stealthy giveaways IMO.
