Excellent find CC1. I believe half the problem with JMB has been its lack of communication. Good to see this recognised.

Still a very cheap share in my view and a company with a very strong balance sheet. Poised to go well with a bit of invigoration from a new CEO.

In the interim here's to the divi and lets hope he gets to convert his options at 40 cents.

Even a little bit of buying today tuning it green in an ocean of red. Thought I was a chance the other day at 15 but people wised up and ran it back up. The largish sale at 22 was a stop loss triggered for sure.
