How on earth can latham guarantee that interest rates are not going to increase? Does he have a crystal ball that no one else on earth knows about? He will be in office for 4 years or so.....can he predict what is going to happen to the economic cycle over this time?
Don't get me wrong, I can't stand howard....liar and cheater....he just got on during the high cycle and poor latham is gonna get on the other side.
For that matter i dont like latham either already making promising what he cant do.
