It's interesting how the extreme left wing trolls on here support Latham's "right to free speech" to ridicule mental illness - possibly the most serious malady affecting our young today - yet at the same time have been happy-clapping along with Underpants Conroy to muzzle real free speech in the press - or rather one media arm.

Those who think it's OK to make fun of mental illness are either living in the 1950's, trolls or rusted on Labor supporters. Maybe all 3.

By all means leave robust political debate on TV political shows - as long as there's balance [memo to ABC] but Mark "Janet Albrechtson is a skanky ho" Latham is simply a buffoon.He adds zero to the political debate. He adds zero to social commentary. If Gillard is so intent on saying "Sorry" to everyone for everything, maybe she could have a go at saying Sorry to all of us for putting up Latham, Rudd and herself as leaders.
