re: lathams best stuff up yet The oversized classrooms claim is a con costics, always has been. Classrooms are no bigger now than they have ever been, discipline has changed though and that makes kids harder to manage. It is in private schools where discipline is strong that they have been able to provide better general education with what are claimed to be large class rooms in the public sector.

The public sector in NSW has done well in the opportunity high schools where kids are self motivated and class size does not become an issue. Discipline, discipline, discipline is the key and with softy pinko's running state governments we are not going to get it in state schools.
