On the dismissal on a legal technicality of charges against self-confessed Bali bomber, Idris
"Justice delayed is justice denied," Mr Latham told Southern Cross Radio.
"I'm not a lawyer myself but I would have thought if you've owned up to killing people, that's murder and things can be done under the legal system.
Latham somehow overlooked the fact that the case was dismissed by the legal system.
He later told Melbourne radio 3AW today that it was "up to the [Australian] government" to ensure justice was done.
Sounds like he wants Australia to send in the troops!! Is that a foreign policy blunder??
