    I'm not sure what you're getting at.
    What I said was that Howard did not pinch her "ideas" because they were good or appropriate for Australia; he did it to survine the next election. Full stop. He is of the same political inclination, though Pauline has no idea about politics or what a Democracy is all about. Howard does but abuses it constantly.
    Howard does what's good for Howard first and then, well, if there's some sort of sychronicity with what the Oz public wants, it's a bonus!
