Certainly looks like they are going to deliver the PEA with a team that can follow up with finance to flow into the DFS. This is looking like DFS delivery on steroids, but if you are going to cash in on the 2025 - 2030 supply shortage JUST DO IT

Pre sell rights to product / offtake?
Preferential offtake with loan facility?
