IPOs have dried up somewhat at the moment. However, IMO Latin has come a very good time. The prospectus identifies tenements very RICH and so very valuable.
about 75% of shares currently on offer will be escrowed.
It is also been made clear, that within 3 months of listing, options will be distributed to shareholders.
this should do WELL = profit (40% ?)
