It is an excellent business relative to benchmarks but they want too much for it.

i see. i have still not put a bid in. relooked at it. growth appears to be extremely low, interest income is not growing at all.
only declining expenses due to RBA cuts have given it growth in FY20 as per video someone posted above.

brokers are just pushing it - so i got hyped up earlier. but had a proper look and its price is not attractive.
