My very brief observations after reading prospectus: 1. It doesn't seem to be a FinTech rather a usual lender offering loans through credit card. 2. Current PE seems high. 3. No attractive future growth forecasted. 4. CEO seems greedy with unnecessary high wages as well short term fat bonus. Too dangerous for the company itself. 5. High valuation for such a company where better stable banks are cheaper to buy.
