There will be a retail offering after the prospectus has been lodged. Priced on similar multiples to the banks. ~5% yield. Pathfinder being sent out by a few brokers today and subject at a bookbuild to fix price. Main drawback for mine is that it’s a private equity exit. Usually these don’t end well in the long term. But on a ~13 multiple should have better growth prospects than other larger financial firms.
