The outstanding tenements all come down to the native title process IMO. And sometimes they are many parties to that process.

You have to advertise to the public, advertise to native title groups, negotiate access agreements with those native title parties and then the usual government department submissions/approvals etc.

Native title groups take this process very seriously hence it can sometimes take quite some time. They also don't like public/outside attention hence the relative silence on the matter from Mantle.

I believe it will be a different story once they are granted, though as I maintain my hope that the desktop study is all but completed after all this time and that we'll get a sense of plans/exploration targets etc as soon as they are granted.
