    I would like to know from the shareholders on this board what the overall sentiment is with regard to SXY bidding (and hopefully winning) the Lattice assets.

    If successful what impact could that have on the short term stock price?.

    Pros and Cons (if any) to acquiring these assets?

    Any ideas as to how the SXY Management may structure this deal without incurring too much debt?

    Thoughts / Feedback?
