Hard to say at this point what a Senex win means for shareholders but encouraging that they are aligned with a couple of heavy hitters in EIG and Fosun - both with deep pockets who could make a strong bid if required. Given falling share prices, IPO expected to be used to keep the trade sale bidders honest...............most often winning comes down to the size of equity cheque and the likes of Fosun and EIG are certainly capable of cutting a decent one.
