There was also mention in the Australian today that Beach is interested in Shell's New Zealand assets. Which they think is worth around $1 billion. Can't imagine Beach pulling off Lattice and Shell, they would have to raise a heap of capital. So a bit unsure if Shell is just a back up plan if Lattice falls through.
