I think it is positive overall, but it depends entirely on how it is structured. I read an article today that suggested that senex may be bidding as part of a consortium with two others. So who knows what that would mean in terms of what would assets would come to senex and how it will be funded (debt or equity or some kind of combination).

Just have to wait and see I guess!
