If there is a confidentiality agreement in place how did Bloomberg obtain this info? If leaked, (with the assumption that it's correct) then this kind of information needs to be transparent to all investors and not just a select few. ASX rules seem to be very lax compared to the US regulations for public company's. Thoughts?
