True buying a sack of flour that can make multiple loafs of bread instead of the same volume as one loaf of bread means a lot less volume the shopper has used upstream in transport for the same number of loaves that can be made
Also people go back to growing veges at home, and using canned tomatoes that do not need chilled transport.
