The key issue here is that we didn't go up with the US market and in relative terms have a lot of catching up to do.
So if the US market tanks or falls away somewhat do we hold our ground or tank just the same or worse
We've had the spill our guts overreact day two days ago , today the banks were a weight on our market.
I'm of the view that our immediate fate through this next phase rests with the USD and if the USD doesn't recover and heads lower ,which is what I ultimately think it will do , then our market should do well by comparison.
The return of volatility has spiced things up a bit.
