They never cease to amaze and amuse these two warring parties.
Got the mandatory phone call from the incumbent board with a call centre person reading out the spiel from the sheet......telling me how well the company has done through the GFC, looking after the shareholders best interests,...and on it went.
Laughable, the share price is around 15% of its value from two years ago, the current board were in the room when the woeful deals were put forward by the other group and the recent share placement at a substantial discount was never offered to long suffering shareholders BUT placed with a few mates.
They beg belief at times!!
