We are in the virgin territory. What does it mean? It means upside targets will be hard to project because of little resistance in this territory.Having said that, risk management should still be in place to protect you hard earned money in case any of the following happens ( although I do not believe any of these will occur in the short to mid term time frame):
1) The market crashes
It will definitely happen again just don't know when. Hard lesson was learnt from GFC;
2) The U sector turns negative;
3) Nuclear accident
4) Fundamental issues such as permitting delay , legal challenges etc.
