I am very much against the way FML has been dealing with current shareholders. The way they had put forward the shandong (takeover) proposal and trying to screw current shareholders.
Companies like FML fail to understand that raising money from the public is a privilege.
Shareholders like me who are against this deal do not work for an investment bank, and cannot be bullied the way other analysts can. Our research into FML has been exhaustive, and we all NO sayers plan to resolutely stand by it regardless of any attempts you might make to discredit it or us.
You and your investors should note that attempting to silence critics is not a plan of corrective action. In no way does it make Olam stronger
We therefore suggest the Board to find better uses of their time than focusing on calling the shareholders and requesting them to vote YES. The clock is likely ticking.
