i think it is not fair to mix argumentations in here.
I think allmost non of the "yes brigade" thinks that Focus has no future without SD's money. It might be an opportunity and than future might be brighter than it is now.
I can understand the ones voting yes.

I am simply voting (trying to F&F ;) NO as i think the consequent offer (yes, i think SD will do it again) will be better for us SH's.

i'd compare it to the way of raising children.

As a teenager (FML) i'd like to have Parents telling me whats right and wrong, but with freedom of choice in acting.

Selling 51% is more like wanting authoritarian Parents telling me what to do and enforcing my actions when they think its necessary.

So i hope the NO will win and after 3 months of resorting we 1) know where we stand and 2) get a much better offer.

Not that much time - isn't it ?
