    Also by buying the so-called business from the liquidators he has seriously compromised them as in this situation they would be so conflicted as to hardly report him to ASIC if any "discrepencies" were found in the accounts as their main payment for their work would be Pally's dough.


    And ASIC aren't going to devote their own resources to investigate until the liquidators dob him in.
