Question is what is the reversal signal?

I am not sure it is dad-mum-taxi driver investors who sold out rather I think shorters.

It is technical analysis vs fundamental analysis in my view at its best. TA suggests extrapolation of a declining trend. What is worrying is that the dive toward the end of the day was on increasing volume.

You would need to be very brave to be shorting at this stage however as any positive announcement by the govt is likely to give this stock a rocket.
