"Rockeby Biomed has issued a prospectus for possibly the smallest capital raising on the ASX so far this millenium. Late last Friday, the company that has racked up an impressive $31 million of accumulated losses since 2003, declared it would proceed with plans to raise a whopping $24,500.

The hangover cure and bird flu test company said the funds would go towards "expenses of the issue and thereafter towards general capital". Hopefully the money should cover the cost of printing the prospectus"
