The SPP should close within a couple of days of its launch (3rd July). Once the first 167 shareholders apply for $ 15,000 of stock, the Company will close the SPP. With nearly 5,000 shareholders there should be plenty of interest in the SPP. Make sure you get in early !
I can see a scenario where MANY shareholders are currently selling part of their holdings to enable them to participate in the SPP and will be unable to get stock via the SPP at 4.5 cents. Shareholders should be careful !
