I guess we shouldn't write off April launch until officially announced. ISRO's last successful launch of 104 satellites has caught worldwide attention. Hence I'm not surprised if ISRO keeps extra secrecy in any future mission & notify only stakeholders in advance to take precaution any possible terrorist attack to its launch facilities. IMO we will get the news only few days in advance and will include that '3 diamonds' have already been shipped and waiting to be loaded
