I see the company borrowed $30k and paid out $26k to directors and associates. We will find out if the loan was from a related party when the half year results come out.
Also they estimate costs of $100k for the next three months with $5k in the bank. Maybe they should have received notice from ASX asking whether they are able to meet their commitments.
