I think that when you see what directors of Condor B have got away with.....it doesn't get much worse....and authorities have no interest in doing anything...then sadly S K has nothing to worry about. The lesson is when investing in specs do not put too much into any one company unless you are prepared to wear and accept the consequences. Get out when things start to go bad...dont fall in love. of course some investors will get the losses back in some other company....but some will have big losses they will never get back. But the authorities will not help in any way...that is proven beyond doubt!!!
