Fair comments. I think this video is moreso targetted at merchants rather than the end users.
Pretty sure it is designed to be playing in the background at trade shows like the one on now in Malta.
I can see this product taking off in the gambling/gaming sector, which is prominent in Malta. As @thepylee mentioned, if ISX can sign on enough merchants within the one sector then the product becomes more compelling as end users can get instant payout to their wallet and then use at another merchant etc.
Money bounces round the ecosystem and gets clipped constantly along the way.
