I got it from when I submitted feedback when they asked shareholders for what they would like to see in the investor presentation and Chris replied with his thanks.
I am not sure on the policy of sharing email addresses on this site. I believe he replies personally to emails sent to that generic shareholder email on the contact us. If someone can confirm the policy then I'm happy to share it but yea, also aware to not have him spammed.
