The launch delay is a space-x de-risking decision based on the fact that they have to insure billions worth of rideshare satellites and therefore want to launch under the best possible conditions after checking every system multiple times. However, I find it unusual that KSS would announce a launch date, send a link to watch it live, but be silent on the delay of the launch.
