In 2018 there were at least 10 space agencies capable of launching multiple satellites and roughly 75 agencies in total with more being built. I can't find an updated list but I only spent 10 minutes researching because I don't see how any of this is relevant.
Kleos will be launching their first of many satellites in the coming weeks and the revenue will follow. That's all that matters.
