last fraud (FU) has been uncovered weeks ago by finding in a chinese website lots of Notes issued in china, completely undisclosed at SEC .... FU is halted since then.... and will be delisted

FU was just the last .... at least 20 listed co have been halted thank to chinese websites in last 12 months

there's a reason why ..... no chinese would ever breach a chinese law ... he would be jailed at least .... as opposed, they could not care the less for breach of international laws .... no other country and/or legal systems would have a leverage on him
