NZ roll out could be very interesting, given the smaller country size I wasn’t sure how much of a coverage problem they have but mobile coverage is very centred on the populated areas where people live and work as opposed to more remote country used for hiking / hunting etc.

there are 3 main telcos in NZ all of which own and operate their own Networks. Spark / Vodaphone and 2Degrees.

here is the spark NZ network coverage map for 3G, it’s gets worse as you progress through 4G to 5G
