The tactic is clear. Good guy bad guy. Mazen will go for the peace bit put a a bit of a show here and there, but the terrorism will go on at the same time.
The only ones he'll get rid of are the inter tribal hatred guys he has had in his sights for a while. Bet anything this will be exposed before long. Another Oslo in the making. Clear as day.
