It's a different world, BB. A bit like the wild west of the twilight zone. And much of what you hear is blown out of proportion by the west to suit our western narrative after 911. I talk to their women often and find the Paks friendly, courteous and extremely hospitable if you respect them. Like all Americans are not the KKK, the Paks and Afghans are not all the Taliban. As for women's rights, well at least rape and murder (of women) is extremely rare compared to Oz and the USA. Even the much talked about honour killings of women is a rarity.
