Yes, it is 65% discount now but at the time the deal was negotiated you might worry it could close the door. Don't let the value investor laugh at you. You need the gut to do others not dared to do and then be patient to wait and sleep well. You could not do so since you are hungry to get the quick money and have not the gut to buy in the bloods.
