    For anyone who is interested in knowing,
    Laurence Roe is not available for contact in his office at WA, until after the end of this month.

    He is in the USA on a business trip.

    To me, that is good news as he is not needed for technical geo skills, that is for someone else more qualified at the well itself.
    I would say perhaps a signature/discussion is required of him with other parties. One must be present for original signatures and Faxes only do so much, so one needs to travel with ones whole body.
    Thats my guess for now so DYOR for your own guess.
