A takeover could easily happen without you realising. All it takes is for some key meetings and large shareholders unite in a certain direction. Meanwhile, we are waiting for the next tit bit of news from an announcement or two. A take over could be like a thief in the night, and will happen without us realising. It does not necessarily mean we get a good deal.
