If what Roka are saying is true, ie that they are from the Bapedi Thulare line, then they seem to be the valid successors to the Tubatse land.
Bapedi commonly assimilated other communities into their own tribe and this is probably where the whole issue starts. Roka and Beng may well have legal modern day claims which will need to be resolved by compromise but the kingship of Bapedi does not seem to be in question.
This may bot be that interesting to many here, but these ate the issues the DMR will need to consider.
