law suit is just sabre rattling

Seems everyone wants to rattle centros cage - BUT a class action? Who are these lawyers going to sue with a class action? Centro? lol - The CEO?

Makes me laugh that these lawyers can even get away with posting (class action against centro) - When all is said and done all these guys can do is sue a sign on the front door...

The corporate veil will look after the rest..

No ones responsible - no one can be sued - because no one actually made the decisions...(well by law anyway)

The corporate veil will protect centro...

Placing blame is the first action these guys have to prove and they have to find someone to blame - SURE blame Centro - but who is centro? a person? lol

Seems the shareholders will end up sueing themselves...

Find an owner of centro? lol Centro is an entity and the sign is probably worth 1000 bucks so whether it is fair or not Centro will use the law as it is and hide behind the corporate veil...

Bottom line is that the co. is probably worth 27.95 the money is hidden in trusts - no one exactly makes executive decisions - (except the shareholders) - (The company makes the decisions) so yes start a class action against a 27.95 company! lol
