Its a distraction form just getting on with sorting out the companies direction.
These sorts of things only cause internal resources to devote time to these sort of actions.
In the end it will most likely amount to nothing. Not too many have been successful over time.

I guess read the companies reply in defence of the claim. They need a lot of $ to go and take ABS to court one would think.

Is anyone in this forum joining the class action, I wonder ??
