this law requires ALL motor vehicles to be fitted with a tracking device.

And as such....retro fitting is what is included essentially in the current contract.

I would imagine a new contract would then be negotiated moving forward to cover only "new" cars for installation as opposed to retro fitting and some new in the current 5 year contract.

I wonder what it is costing the vehicle owner to have these installed?
