From a legal standpoint, Ousia cannot keep attempting to deter others from an interest in the company by repeatedly claiming '2 months cash left' unless he can substantiate that claim. Check it out, he has never qualified his comment, I've asked him to, repeatedly.

He cannot claim to have tried to address his concerns with the company himself, because he appears to me to have not done so. He strikes me as a coward who tries to use chatrooms for his own disturbed ends.
